Elizabeth brings a passion for educating her clients on how to succeed living independently. Elizabeth's background is dementia education, teaching caregivers what it might be like to have dementia and thus giving better care to their loved ones. Elizabeth has been a resident of Colorado for 20 years and is the proud mom of two Great Danes.
Jenna Swenson - Community Programs Coordinator and Supported Employment Division Supervisor
Jenna brings 5 years of experience through personal, volunteer, and job opportunities to her role. She excels in ensuring that each individual's voice is heard and that every relationship is personal. Jenna tailors her support to best fit the individual's needs in order to help them reach their personal goals for success . She is deeply passionate about assisting others and consistently prioritizes the client's needs above all else.

Wysteria has worked in the behavioral health field for years. She has experience with a vast spectrum of disabilities. Along with her caring, patient personality, and her creative problem solving skills, CHT clients are made to feel like family. As a Job Coach and Mentorship Specialist with CHT, she goes above and beyond to help her clientele in Canon City find a fulfilling career that suits their abilities.
