Alexandria Quintana has always believed in the saying “there’s more to life than what meets the eye”.  She believes in breaking barriers and challenging an individuals’ limitations. That’s why she made the decision to become a job coach. As a native of Pueblo, Colorado, she has always had a passion for giving back the knowledge that she has acquired throughout her own personal experiences. She has faced many challenges while navigating the workforce, especially after graduation. It was super hard for her to find an entry-level position with minimal work experience and a college degree. She has made it her new goal to help impact the community in a positive way, by building the supportive employment program for CHT in its branch to Southern Colorado. As a coach, she guides clients by boosting their confidence, and helping them develop resume building/interview skills. Career Exploration is one of Alexandria’s favorite session activities because it allows the client to deep dive into their employment ideas and future aspirations.
